BETH HAGIVOT BULLETIN
MESSAGE FROM RABBI STARR
Dear Friends,
I always believed that the rabbinate was a sacred calling, and I trust we will interact with understanding, love and compassion. This is a holy partnership taught by our history and blessed by God. We will accomplish many good things if we study and pray together.
I have been a Rabbi for a long time and I never cease to enjoy the Jewish-American experience. God willing, we will enjoy many wonderful, happy times together.

MESSAGE FROM THE PRESIDENT
I am Carolyn J. Goldberg and in my second two year term as President of the Congregation.
I am so happy to announce that we are no longer the wandering Jews of Fountain Hills - going from the Community Center and the Kiwanis Club Building.
We have a permanent home at The Fountains United Methodist Church, 15300 N. Fountain Hills Blvd., Fountain Hills, AZ.
Due to the generosity of Pastor David Felten and his Congregation we have been most graciously welcomed and embraced by the entire Church membership. Pastor Felten presented Beth Hagivot with a beautiful "Tree of Life" Shabbat Candlesticks and a box of Shabbat candles. We are so grateful to have such a wonderful relationship with this special congregation.
This coexistence among Christians and Jews worshiping in the same House of Worship proves that if we want peace and harmony in the world it can be found, one step at a time.
Members of the Methodist Congregation are joining us in our Bible study of the Prophets conducted by Rabbi Starr.
How blessed we are to have this relationship.
