Valentine’s Day Brunch: The Brotherhood has planned a Valentine’s Day couples brunch on Sunday, Feb.12th at the Sunridge Canyon Golf Club (Sunridge Drive) at 10:00 am. The cost of the buffet including taxes and tip is $13.00 per person. You can also order off the menu if you choose. Mimosas will be extra and paid for when received. There will be only one check so please bring the correct amount of cash. This event is open to the whole synagogue. I hope many of you can attend to enjoy the beautiful views, good food and of course, great company. Please RSVP to Bob Slobin so we can give the venue a head count.

Join the Beth Hagivot Brotherhood – hear great speakers, join in social action activities, bond with other members at social events.
Past speakers have included: an officer of Wells Fargo Bank on matters of finance and retirement; a personal trainer on issues of men’s fitness; an Israeli military expert on issues of terrorism and security; a professor on the structure of Islam; a physician on issues of men’s health; and a WWII fighter pilot on experiences from the war.
Some previous social action activities: sorted food for the hungry at a food bank; walked together in the Koman cancer walk; helped sell bagels for the FH high school; and game day at the Kivel nursing home.

We have Sunday morning breakfasts together and many interesting discussions among the members.
